This is the only way after the fact we have to apologize to anyone we may have disappointed. We strive to provide the best services available, but there are always unforseen circumstances beyond anyone's control. When this happens to us we have no choice but to try to let you know. Then we must respect your wishes. We never want to miss a scheduled ride and in 13 years we have a very low percentage of errors.
The reason we bring this up now is because recently we did screw things up. This is to serve as a public apology specifically to Mr. Brian Roberts of 9XXX E. 21st St N in Wichita. We really did try very hard to complete our task but failed. Most sincere apologies to your wife, sir, for her need to urgently get up & get out to take you to the AP. We apologize most profusely. And ask that you possibly give us a second chance to prove our abilities.
